Marion, Indiana Elder Law and Care Planning Attorney

More than six million elderly people currently live in poverty. The number increases every day when 10,000 more people turn 65. Senior citizens who are financially comfortable are still concerned about what will happen if they face a crisis situation or need long-term nursing home care.

At our law office, we do everything legally possible to assist our clients in preservation of

assets in a way that allows them to qualify for public benefits. We work with family members of an elderly loved one when that person becomes incapacitated and needs help in managing their personal and financial affairs. Some specific areas in which we can help include, but are not limited to:

Medicaid

For those who have limited assets, Medicaid is available to pay for long-term nursing home care. With advanced planning, there are legal ways that your assets can be preserved while still allowing you to qualify for Medicaid. There are stringent rules that must be followed and we do whatever we can to make this work for you.

At the Law Office of Elizabeth A. Home, LLC, our goal is to provide assistance to our senior citizen clients to help them preserve their assets and find the assistance they need when they need it. Although our office is in Indianapolis, we work with clients throughout Central Indiana including, Fishers, Lawrence, Noblesville, Westfield, Williams Creek and Zionsville. We also serve clients in multiple other counties outside of Central Indiana.
